eMudhra, a leading provider of digital trust and security solutions, reported a 21.2% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching ₹28.96 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26, compared to the same quarter last year. The company's net sales rose by 31.7% to ₹193.40 crore, driven by robust demand across its Enterprise Solutions segment, which now accounts for 59% of revenue and saw a 55% year-on-year growth. Despite a 38.44% increase in total expenses, largely due to a 57.43% rise in employee benefits, eMudhra's EBITDA grew by 25.5% to ₹441 crore, although the EBITDA margin slightly declined to 22.4%. V. Srinivasan, the executive chairman, highlighted the company's strong performance and growth prospects, particularly in international markets where revenue surged by 38.7%. The board has also recommended a final dividend of ₹1.25 per share for FY26, pending shareholder approval.
