KLH Audio has introduced the Model Four, a new addition to its vintage-inspired Model Collection, just ahead of the High End Vienna 2026 showcase. This three-way standmount speaker is designed with a shallow cabinet depth of 8.25 inches (21cm) and a 13-inch wide front baffle, allowing it to be placed close to walls without compromising sound quality. The Model Four features an 8-inch pulp-paper cone bass driver, a 25mm aluminium dome tweeter, and a pulp-paper cone midrange driver, promising refined vocal presence and clarity. A notable feature is the three-position Acoustic Balance Control, which adjusts mid and high frequencies to suit individual preferences and room acoustics. The speaker employs KLH's acoustic suspension technology for accurate bass response. Priced at $1,000 each (or $1,999.98 per pair), the Model Four will be available in September 2026, with options for English Walnut, Black Ash, and White Oak finishes.
