The 'Celebrate! West Hartford' festival is returning to the West Hartford Town Hall grounds on June 6 and 7, offering free admission to a wide array of activities. This popular community celebration is expected to attract around 40,000 visitors and features live music, arts and crafts, carnival rides, and an international food court. The event will also host the Celebrate! West Hartford FUNd RUNS on Sunday morning, which includes a certified 5K road race and a half-mile Kids' K dash. Registration for the races will take place from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. on race day. Proceeds from the festival will support local causes, including The Town That Cares Fund and the Leisure Services Scholarship Fund. Free parking will be available at the Isham Garage, while additional paid parking options are also provided. Attendees should be aware of parking restrictions and road closures, particularly along the race route. The festival has garnered accolades, including Hartford Magazine's Readers' Choice award for Best Festival.
