To enable Closed Captions, players need to navigate to the accessibility settings within the game. Once activated, users can customize several aspects of the captions. They can choose to toggle off captions for their character's sounds, such as footsteps or getting hurt, and can also disable ambient sounds like rain or wind. Additionally, players can position the captions on the screen either at the top-right or bottom-right, and adjust how long each caption remains visible, with options to extend the duration to 3 or 4 seconds. This feature is a significant step towards making Minecraft more inclusive for all players.
