Bajaj Auto, a leading motorcycle manufacturer in India, reported a 34% year-on-year increase in standalone net profit for the quarter ending March 31, 2026, reaching ₹2,746 crore compared to ₹2,049 crore in the same period last year. The company's revenue from operations surged 32% to ₹16,006 crore, up from ₹12,148 crore. The Board of Directors declared a dividend of ₹150 per share, with May 29 set as the record date for shareholders' eligibility. Sequentially, the profit increased by 10% from ₹2,503 crore in Q3FY25, while revenue grew 5% from ₹15,220 crore. The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) rose 36% to ₹3,323 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 20.8%, reflecting a 60 basis points improvement. The company's growth was bolstered by a 24% rise in volumes, totaling 13.71 lakh units compared to 11.02 lakh units in the previous year. Domestic volumes increased 24% to over 7.60 lakh units, while exports rose 25% to 6.10 lakh units. On a consolidated basis, Bajaj Auto's profit after tax (PAT) for FY26 climbed 47% to ₹10,744 crore, with total revenue increasing 23% to ₹62,905 crore.
