Canon has unveiled its first full-frame vlogging camera, the R6 V, which can shoot up to 7K RAW video at 60 frames per second. Targeted at content creators, it features a 32.5MP sensor, a fully articulating 3-inch display, and in-body stabilization to enhance video quality. The camera is designed for ease of use with features like a zoom lever, dual card slots, and multiple ports for microphones and headphones. Notably, the R6 V addresses previous overheating issues, allowing for 120 minutes or more of continuous shooting at 7K RAW with active cooling. It supports advanced autofocus capabilities, including automatic subject detection and a mode for close-up demonstrations. Priced at $2,499 for the body and $3,699 with the RF20-50mm lens, the R6 V is now available for pre-order, along with various accessories to enhance the vlogging experience.
