Chipmaker Nvidia has signed a 10-year lease for 7.6 lakh sq ft at Bagmane Capital’s Memphis South Tower in Mahadevpura, Bengaluru, marking its largest office commitment in India to date. This lease nearly doubles Nvidia's known office footprint in the country, increasing its total space in India to over 11.35 lakh sq ft across Bengaluru and Pune. The monthly rent for the new space is set at ₹8.59 crore (approximately $1.04 million USD), with a 15% escalation every three years, and a security deposit of ₹34.35 crore (about $4.1 million USD). The total value of the lease is projected to exceed ₹1,200 crore (around $145 million USD). Nvidia's expansion is part of its strategy to tap into India's engineering talent as it scales operations to meet surging global demand for artificial intelligence technologies.
