The United States emerged as the largest importer, purchasing 2,56,128 MT of shrimp, followed by China and the European Union. Frozen fish and dried seafood also contributed significantly, with frozen fish exports valued at ₹5,658.37 crore (approximately $643.70 million) and dried seafood experiencing a notable 78% increase in value. Additionally, frozen squid and cuttlefish exports showed strong growth, further solidifying India's position in the global seafood market.
