The incident occurred around 12:30 PM when the driver, Vinod Mandal, reportedly fell asleep, causing the vehicle to crash into a roadside pillar near Ranwa. The impact was severe, resulting in significant damage to the car. Kushwaha was traveling with his sister-in-law, Sapna, and a friend, Vibhu Aryan, both of whom sustained injuries. While Sapna is reported to be in critical condition, the other two suffered minor injuries. Following the accident, Kushwaha's body was sent to Tirwa Medical College for post-mortem.
