SIF’s Ex-Top 100 long-short strategy has seen a significant 12% gain in the last month, indicating strong performance in the market. Among the available offerings, the Qsif Equity Ex-Top 100 Long-Short Fund by Quant Mutual Fund led with a return of 15.24%, while the iSIF Equity Ex-Top 100 Long-Short Fund by ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund followed with a return of 8.78%. This strategy primarily invests at least 65% in stocks excluding the top 100 by market capitalization and allows for a maximum of 25% short exposure through unhedged derivatives. Additionally, two new offerings are set to launch soon: the WSIF Equity Ex-Top 100 Long-Short Fund by The Wealth Company, which recently completed its NFO period, and the Altiva Equity Ex-Top 100 Long-Short Fund by Edelweiss Mutual Fund, which will have its NFO from May 18 to June 1.
