Maharashtra Scooters reported a significant 92.23% decline in standalone net profit, which fell to ₹4.01 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26, compared to ₹51.63 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. The company's total income also slipped by 3.55% year-on-year to ₹6.51 crore. Profit before tax (PBT) saw a steep decline of 91.20%, amounting to ₹5.46 crore in Q4 FY26, down from ₹62.05 crore in Q4 FY25. Total expenses reduced by 55.88% to ₹1.05 crore, but employee benefit expenses surged by 339.99% to ₹0.22 crore, while other expenses decreased by 41.13% to ₹0.83 crore. In light of these results, the board has recommended a final dividend of ₹60 per share (600% on a face value of ₹10) for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be paid by August 4, 2026, with a record date set for June 30, 2026. Maharashtra Scooters primarily manufactures dies, jigs, fixtures, and die-casting components for the automobile industry.
