Covering an impressive 180,000 square metres and featuring 1,240 rooms across 13 storeys, the five-star hotel is part of the Gołębiewski chain. However, only 500 rooms are currently completed, with rates starting at 350 euros per night for standard rooms and up to 900 euros for suites. The hotel is located just 150 metres from the beach, providing easy access to the Baltic Sea. Guests can enjoy a range of facilities, including a 104-metre long swimming pool, a water park, indoor pools, whirlpools, and a sauna. Additional attractions planned for the hotel include climbing walls, a cinema, a bowling alley, and various entertainment options for children. Marketing head Marta Maslowska reported over 2,000 bookings within the first 24 hours of availability. The hotel concept was developed by the late Tadeusz Golebiewski, who built a successful hotel empire after starting as a waffle baker.
