On his first visit to Tarapur constituency as Chief Minister of Bihar, Samrat Choudhary issued a strong warning against encroachment on government land, stating that any unauthorized construction would be demolished under a 'zero tolerance policy.' He highlighted the government's commitment to economic growth, setting a target of ₹5 lakh crore (approximately $600 billion USD) in investments by November 2026. Choudhary announced the approval for the expansion of the Pirpainty power plant and initiatives to provide free solar power to households, aiming to ensure 1 kW of power for 150 units free of charge. Additionally, he launched eco-tourism projects worth ₹12.49 crore (approximately $1.5 million USD) for Dhol Pahari and ₹26.31 crore (approximately $3.16 million USD) for Baba Akheshwar Nath Dham in Tetia Bambar block. Choudhary emphasized the importance of local service delivery, announcing bi-monthly camps at the panchayat level to address citizen issues directly. He expressed gratitude to the people of Tarapur for their support and pledged to work towards transforming Bihar.
