Indus Towers reported a marginal increase in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26, with profit after tax rising to ₹1,792.9 crore from ₹1,779.1 crore in the same quarter last year. The company's revenue from operations grew by 4.83% year-on-year to ₹8,101 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. Consolidated EBITDA increased by 1.6% to ₹4,464 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 55.1%. However, profit before tax remained flat at ₹2,365.3 crore compared to ₹2,363 crore in Q4 FY25. The total tower base stood at 264,514 units. For the full year, Indus Towers experienced a 28.05% decline in consolidated net profit, totaling ₹7,144.9 crore, despite a 7.86% increase in revenue to ₹32,493.1 crore. Prachur Sah, the managing director and CEO, highlighted strong performance driven by colocation additions and network expansion. The company is also looking to expand into Africa and has recommended a final dividend of ₹14 per share.
