During the launch of his book 'Contemplations of Ram Sewak' at Chitkara International School in Chandigarh, India, Anirudh Tewari (author and IAS officer) discussed the intersection of ancient philosophy and modern-day dharma. He emphasized that true devotion means aligning oneself with God's will rather than seeking to impose one's own will. Tewari's book, the second in a series following his 2024 debut 'Reflections of Ram Sewak', delves into philosophical dialogues within the Ramcharitmanas, including the Lakshman Gita and Shri Ram Gita. He highlighted the relevance of these teachings in daily life, particularly the concepts of righteousness and duty. Tewari explained that while personal aspirations may conflict with bureaucratic responsibilities, pursuing one's goals must remain dharmic. He poignantly shared that he feels connected to his late father, Ram Sewak, through his writing, viewing it as a continuation of his father's unfinished tasks. The event also featured remarks from Chitkara University chancellor Ashok K Chitkara.
