The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹16.6 crore, a significant turnaround from a net loss of ₹8.30 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations rose by 44.99% year-on-year to ₹519.68 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. Additionally, pre-tax profit improved to ₹22.24 crore from a loss of ₹4.94 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s normalised EBITDA also saw a substantial increase of 71%, reaching ₹99 crore. Over the fiscal year, Smartworks achieved a consolidated net profit of ₹10.52 crore, compared to a loss of ₹63.17 crore in FY25, with annual revenue climbing 30.69% to ₹1,795.80 crore. Looking ahead, Smartworks has secured multi-year contracted rental revenue visibility of over ₹5,200 crore, positioning itself strongly for FY27 and beyond, as the Indian office market continues to thrive.
