On Tuesday morning, five policemen from Jalaun district, Uttar Pradesh, tragically lost their lives in an accident on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway in Nuh district, Haryana. The incident occurred around 10:30 AM when their Mahindra Scorpio SUV lost control while trying to overtake another vehicle, crashing into a heavy vehicle ahead. The impact was so severe that it resulted in the immediate deaths of all five personnel at the scene. Local police and highway patrol teams quickly arrived to conduct rescue operations and began an investigation. Initial findings suggest that speeding may have been the primary cause of the accident, although further investigations will consider other factors such as driver fatigue or mechanical failure. The bodies of the victims were recovered from the wreckage and sent for post-mortem examination.
