Bajaj Housing Finance Limited achieved a 14% increase in net profit for the March quarter of FY26, totaling ₹669 crore, compared to ₹587 crore in the same quarter last year. This growth was driven by a 23% expansion in assets under management (AUM), which reached ₹1.40 trillion. The net interest income rose 15% year-on-year to ₹945 crore, while total income climbed 20% to ₹1,141 crore. Despite a drop in net interest margin to 3.8%, the company's profit before tax grew 20% to ₹866 crore. Loan disbursements surged 23% to ₹17,506 crore, reflecting strong demand. On the asset quality front, gross non-performing assets improved to 0.27%, while net NPA remained stable at 0.11%.
