The Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) has officially denied reports suggesting that one of its MLAs had pledged support to C. Joseph Vijay's Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) in the context of forming a new government in Tamil Nadu. IUML national president Kader Mohideen stated that the party remains committed to the DMK-led alliance, having been a part of it for several decades.
