Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) experienced a robust financial performance in Q4 FY26, with standalone net profit soaring by 53.34% to ₹3,737.27 crore, up from ₹2,437.14 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income also saw a substantial increase of 25.29%, reaching ₹40,244.81 crore. The profit before tax rose to ₹4,881.24 crore, marking a 45.92% increase compared to ₹3,345.02 crore in Q4 FY25. Notably, vehicle sales grew by 21%, totaling 306,508 units, while the tractor segment recorded a 36% increase in sales, achieving 119,811 units. On a consolidated basis, net profit rose by 41.64% to ₹4,667.57 crore. M&M's strong performance is attributed to effective execution and capital allocation across its businesses, with leadership maintained in the auto and farm sectors. The company also announced a 30% increase in dividends, proposing ₹33 per equity share, reflecting its commitment to long-term value creation. Group CEO Dr. Anish Shah emphasized the company's resilience amid geopolitical challenges, while Executive Director Rajesh Jejurikar highlighted M&M's position as the 5th largest exporter in the passenger and commercial vehicle sectors.
