Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) announced a standalone net profit of ₹3,737.27 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26, marking a 53.3% increase from ₹2,437 crore in the same quarter last year. The company's revenue from operations reached ₹39,601 crore, a rise of 25.3% from ₹31,609 crore in the previous year. M&M's EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹5,509 crore, up 31% from ₹4,219 crore in Q4 FY25. The company sold 3.06 lakh units during the quarter, a 21% increase from 2.53 lakh units sold in the same period last year, with tractor sales rising 36% to 1.19 lakh units. On a consolidated basis, profit rose 42% year-on-year to ₹4,667.6 crore, while revenue increased 29.1% to ₹54,982 crore. M&M's Executive Director and CEO, Rajesh Jejurikar, noted a 60 basis point increase in SUV revenue share, maintaining the company's top position in the market. The company also recorded its highest-ever tractor billing of over 5 lakh units in FY26, supported by strong margin performance. Group CEO Anish Shah highlighted FY26 as a defining year for M&M, showcasing resilience amidst geopolitical challenges. Following the announcement, M&M shares rose over 1.5% to ₹3,154 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
