Vishal Fabrics Ltd, a prominent player in the garment and apparel sector based in Kolkata, has caught the attention of investors following its latest financial results. In its Q4FY26 report, the company announced a 21.50% increase in net profit, reaching ₹89.3 million compared to ₹73.5 million in the same quarter last year. However, sales saw a decline of 11.06%, falling to ₹348.15 million from ₹391.46 million a year earlier. Despite this quarterly setback, Vishal Fabrics demonstrated strong performance over the entire fiscal year 2025-26, with a net profit increase of 22.85%, totaling ₹35.64 crore compared to ₹29.01 crore in FY25. Additionally, total sales rose by 5.41% to ₹1,602.11 crore from ₹1,519.83 crore in the previous year. The company specializes in denim fabric production and is part of the established Chiripal Group, which offers comprehensive textile solutions. As the stock market rallied, Vishal Fabrics' shares were trading at ₹21.10, down 0.61% during midday trading.
