PNB Housing Finance, promoted by Punjab National Bank, experienced a 10% rise in its share price, reaching ₹996.35 following the announcement of its Q4 FY26 results. The company reported a 19.2% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹656 crore, alongside a 10.8% growth in net interest income, which totaled ₹813 crore. The net interest margin improved to 3.69%, up from 3.63% in the previous quarter. Total income for the quarter was ₹2,171.91 crore, reflecting a 6.6% year-on-year increase. Operating profit before provisions increased by 5.6% to ₹697.57 crore. Notably, overall disbursements rose by 36% year-on-year to ₹9,355 crore, with retail disbursements hitting an all-time high of ₹9,020 crore. For the full fiscal year FY26, PNB Housing Finance reported a net profit of ₹2,291.24 crore and total income of ₹8,505.04 crore, marking increases of 18.3% and 10.6% respectively. The company also announced a proposed dividend of ₹8 per equity share, pending shareholder approval. Ajai Shukla, the managing director and CEO, highlighted the company's balanced growth strategy and improving asset quality, with gross non-performing assets (GNPA) improving to below 1%.
