PNB Housing Finance reported a 19% increase in its fourth quarter net profit, reaching ₹656 crore compared to ₹500 crore in the same period last year. For the fiscal year ending March 31, the company recorded an annual net profit of ₹2,291 crore, marking an 18% growth from ₹1,936 crore in the previous fiscal year. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹8 per share. Although the net interest margin slightly decreased to 3.69% from 3.75%, the gross non-performing assets ratio improved to 0.93%, down from 1.08% a year ago. The company's assets under management grew by 13% to ₹90,921 crore, with retail loans increasing by 16% to ₹86,946 crore. Notably, the affordable and emerging markets segment saw a 28% growth, contributing 40% to retail loan assets. The company also resumed corporate lending after a four-year hiatus, disbursing ₹335 crore to builders and achieving record retail disbursements of ₹9,020 crore in the quarter.
