Chilling CCTV footage has emerged showing a French couple, aged 41 and 55, on their way to abandon their two young sons in the woods of Portugal. The boys, aged five and four, were discovered wandering alone on a rural road near Alcacer do Sal, having been left with minimal provisions. Local residents found the distressed children and alerted authorities, leading to the couple's arrest in Fatima. The boys recounted being told they were playing a game, during which their parents blindfolded them and left them in the woods, leading to their abandonment. Following their discovery, the children were taken to a local hospital for evaluation and placed into foster care, as French authorities confirmed they have no relatives in Portugal.
