Lagos State University (LASU) has announced the opening of applications for its 2026/2027 Admission Screening Exercise, targeting candidates seeking admission through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE). According to Emmanuel A. Fanu, the Registrar and Secretary to Council, candidates must achieve a minimum of 195 marks in UTME and must have selected LASU as their first choice institution to qualify for the screening. The online registration process will be available from June 3 to June 23, 2026. Candidates must also be at least 16 years old by October 1, 2026. For Direct Entry candidates, it is mandatory to submit a copy of their online Admission Screening Report and notification of their Diploma or NCE results at the Admission Annex. All applicants are encouraged to use the official LASU website for registration and to direct any complaints regarding the screening process to the designated support email.
