Instafix, a smartphone repair service that provides doorstep repairs within 30 minutes, has successfully raised ₹7.55 crore in a pre-seed funding round co-led by Titan Capital and 8i Ventures. The funding round also included contributions from Anish Srivastava, Senior Vice President at Blinkit, and Bharat Kalia, Co-founder and CEO of Lifelong. The Indian consumer electronics market, valued at nearly $73 billion, is experiencing significant growth, particularly in the premium device segment, which is expanding at nearly 20% annually. However, the smartphone repair landscape has not kept pace, leaving consumers frustrated with unreliable repair options. Instafix aims to address this gap by providing certified technicians who offer repairs at customers' locations, with repairs priced up to 50% lower than original equipment manufacturer (OEM) service centers and backed by warranties of up to 12 months. Since its launch in Gurugram in October 2025, Instafix has reported a remarkable 100% month-on-month growth and a customer satisfaction rating of 4.7 stars. The newly acquired capital will be utilized to scale operations in Gurugram, extend services to premium Android devices, and enhance the technology infrastructure for efficient repairs.
