The driver, identified as Chawla, was arrested following the incident. In another accident on Vikas Marg, a Maruti Celerio hit a motorcycle, fatally injuring the rider, Neeraj, aged 35. His wife, Sonam, and their two children, aged 8 and 10, were injured but are in stable condition. The driver of the car, Sachin Gulati, was also arrested at the scene.
