Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has issued a warning to residents as the state faces an intense heatwave, with rising temperatures and humidity posing significant health risks. In a message shared on social media, he urged citizens to take precautions against heat-related illnesses. He recommended staying hydrated by drinking water regularly, even without thirst, and consuming traditional cooling beverages like torani, bela pana, mandia pej, coconut water, and lemon juice.
