The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has unveiled the Class 10 Computer Applications syllabus for the 2026-27 academic year, designed to enhance students' practical skills and knowledge application. The syllabus, which can be downloaded via a direct link, consists of four units: Networking, HTML, Cyber Ethics, and Lab Exercises. Each unit addresses critical topics such as internet protocols, web design, and digital ethics. The exam structure allocates 50 marks for theory and 50 marks for practical work, totaling 100 marks. This year, the emphasis is placed on competency-based questions that assess students' ability to apply their learning in real-life contexts, moving away from rote memorization. The syllabus remains largely consistent with previous years, ensuring that students are well-prepared for the evolving technological landscape.
