A tragic accident occurred late Wednesday night in Kota, Rajasthan, when a private sleeper bus traveling from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, overturned on National Highway-27 after hitting a divider. The incident resulted in the deaths of three passengers and injuries to 20 others. According to witnesses, the driver lost control after a stone was allegedly thrown at the bus, shattering the driver-side mirror and startling him. The bus veered off the road and overturned, with three passengers being thrown out through the shattered windscreen and subsequently run over by a truck. The injured were rescued after a two-hour operation and transported to New Medical College Hospital for treatment. Local police have registered a case and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident. The deceased have been identified as Krishna from Ahmedabad, and Manoj Yadav and Dharmendra Baghel from Bhind.
