On June 1, Godrej Properties Ltd announced its successful bid for a 23.2-acre residential land parcel in the DMIC Integrated Township, Greater Noida, through an e-auction conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (IITGNL). The company anticipates a revenue potential exceeding ₹7,000 crore from the planned development of premium residential apartments on the site. This area is part of a larger 750-acre smart infrastructure project, benefiting from excellent connectivity to major expressways and the upcoming Noida International Airport. Godrej Properties has previously launched two projects in Greater Noida, each generating around ₹1,500 crore in sales. Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, expressed optimism about the new project, emphasizing the consistent demand in the Noida market and the company's strategy to strengthen its portfolio in key urban areas. Since 2017-18, Godrej Properties has delivered nearly 80 million square feet of area and acquired multiple land parcels with significant revenue potential.
