He anticipates that 30% of Ripple Treasury's $13 trillion in payments will shift to stablecoins within five years. Furthermore, Garlinghouse expressed an 80% likelihood of the CLARITY Act passing, but warned that internal conflicts within the crypto industry could hinder progress.
