The series will also feature Mckenna Grace as Daphne Blake, Abby Ryder Fortson as Velma Dinkley, and Maxwell Jenkins as Fred Jones. The storyline will focus on the group's adventures at summer camp, where they begin investigating a supernatural murder alongside the famous talking Great Dane, Scooby-Doo, voiced by Frank Welker. The series is set to have eight episodes and is produced by Greg Berlanti, known for modern adaptations of classic franchises. While filming is expected to continue until September, no release date has been announced yet.
