The raid aimed to apprehend Liaquat, a wanted smuggler, who managed to escape after allegedly robbing a motorbike at gunpoint. During the operation, two associates of Liaquat, identified as Arif Khan and Ujer, were injured; Khan succumbed to his injuries while being transported to the hospital.
