However, permits are still mandatory, and travelers must apply at least 14 days before their intended travel dates. Additionally, transit regulations have been tightened, allowing movement only through designated islands and capping transit durations at 12 hours. Authorities have advised against booking flights before permit approval to avoid potential cancellations or financial losses due to delays.
