Developers must submit a new version of their app for review, including their license information in the App Review Information section on App Store Connect. Additionally, these apps will be automatically assigned an A18 age rating, indicating they are suitable for adults only. Compliance with local disclosure requirements, such as gambling risk warnings, is also essential. Apple advises developers to seek legal counsel for any questions regarding these new requirements.
