Apollo Tyres has reported a 241.76% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for Q4 FY26, amounting to ₹630.97 crore, compared to ₹184.62 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations also saw a rise of 14.19%, reaching ₹7,335.67 crore. The profit before exceptional items and tax was ₹617.78 crore, up from ₹378.75 crore in Q4 FY25. The quarter included exceptional items of ₹456.13 crore. Segment-wise, revenue from the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (APMEA) region grew by 15% to ₹5,346.44 crore, while Europe saw a 15.28% increase to ₹2,180.25 crore. However, revenue from other regions fell sharply by 80.95% to ₹225.57 crore. For the full financial year FY26, Apollo Tyres achieved a 22.39% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹1,372.42 crore, with total revenue from operations rising by 8.98% to ₹28,470.60 crore. Chairman Onkar Kanwar noted robust performance in India, especially in the replacement and original equipment segments, with truck-bus radials growing over 20% in Q4. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share, in addition to an interim dividend of ₹3.50, totaling ₹6 per share for FY26.
