The teaser, released on April 14, 2026, features two AI toddlers discussing their family dynamics, which sparked a wave of criticism on social media. In response, Dhawan clarified that AI is not used in the film itself, stating, "There is no AI in the film. We wanted to do something different. We thought it looked ok." He emphasized that the teaser was merely an introduction and that the film's story is distinct from the teaser's concept. Additionally, some viewers accused the film of rehashing the plot of the 2006 movie 'Sandwich.' The film, produced by Ramesh Taurani of Tips Films, also stars Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur, Pooja Hegde, and others, and is set for a worldwide release on May 22, 2026.
