Veteran filmmaker David Dhawan is gearing up for the release of his comedy film 'Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai' on June 12, which stars his son Varun Dhawan. In a recent interview, he hinted that this might be his final project as he plans to retire due to health issues, stating, “I don’t think I should do more... after this, I’ll just be Varun’s father.” Dhawan, known for hits like 'Biwi No. 1' and 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi', reflected on his career, saying, “I’ve had a good journey.” He also shared that he faced health challenges during the film's production but received support from Varun. The film's release was postponed from June 5 to June 12 following changes in the release schedule of another film. It will now compete at the box office with Imtiaz Ali’s 'Main Vaapas Aaunga', starring Diljit Dosanjh.
