The Millenia WB Yield Fund, formed by WhiteBoard Advisory & Management (WB) and Casagrand, has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise ₹500 crore for residential projects. The fund's first commitment is ₹41 crore for a villa project in Hyderabad, which is expected to generate ₹400 crore in revenue. This fund will primarily focus on developing projects in major urban centers such as Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, with plans for 4-5 investments by 2026. WhiteBoard Advisory, founded by Anchit Lakhotiya and Sanjay Ratra in 2022, is acting as the exclusive advisor for this transaction. Casagrand, established in 2003 and recognized as one of India's top residential developers, is also in the process of raising ₹1,100 crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The fund aims to provide diversified investment opportunities in the Indian urban asset landscape, which is crucial for the country's economic growth.
