During a recent meeting with global news agency heads, Russian President Vladimir Putin praised the Su-57 as the best fifth-generation fighter jet available. Rostec emphasized the aircraft's intelligence and versatility, stating it can engage both air and ground targets while remaining undetected by enemy air defense systems due to its advanced stealth capabilities. The Su-57 is currently recognized as the only operational fifth-generation fighter that has demonstrated effectiveness in various combat scenarios. Furthermore, UAC has initiated flight tests for the Su-57D, showcasing the aircraft's ability to operate in conjunction with UAVs and other military assets, as indicated by an emblem displayed on the fighter's tail in a promotional video.
