The seized stock included thousands of counterfeit life-saving medications such as rabies vaccines, insulin, and hepatitis-B vaccines. Jain, identified as the mastermind, had shifted to this operation after facing losses in his construction business. The police's investigation revealed that the gang had been operating for about a year, with connections to government healthcare facilities in Uttar Pradesh.
