Ondo Global Markets has made significant strides in the tokenized equity space, achieving $1 billion in total value locked (TVL) in less than eight months since its launch in September 2025. The platform now controls over 70% of the tokenized equity issuer market and has processed over $18 billion in cumulative trading volume. Katie Wheeler, Vice President of Partnerships at Ondo Finance, expressed optimism for the future, predicting that the platform could surpass $5 billion in TVL by the end of the year, citing strong interest and a robust pipeline of developments. Currently, Ondo offers more than 260 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs on blockchain networks including Solana, Ethereum, and BNB Chain. The platform has also secured regulatory approval to operate across 30 European countries, expanding its reach to over 500 million potential investors. Wheeler emphasized that the tokenized equity market is still in its infancy compared to traditional markets, which are worth over $100 trillion. With ongoing regulatory developments in the U.S., such as the Clarity Act, the growth trajectory for tokenized equities appears promising.
