Honeywell (HON) has announced that June 15 will be the record date for its spin-off of Honeywell Aerospace, with the share distribution set for June 29. Analysts have responded positively, with RBC Capital raising its price target for Honeywell to $275 from $268, citing expectations for growth and margin expansion.
