Tyre manufacturer MRF has recommended a final dividend of ₹229 per share, or 2,290%, on equity shares with a face value of ₹10, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This follows two interim dividends of ₹3 each, bringing the total dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, to ₹235 per share, or 2,350%. MRF's Q4 earnings report revealed a 37% year-on-year increase in standalone net profit, reaching ₹680 crore, compared to ₹498 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations for the quarter grew 14% to ₹7,908 crore, up from ₹6,944 crore a year earlier. The company's EBITDA rose 21.5% to ₹1,305.3 crore, with an improved EBITDA margin of 16.2%. For FY26, MRF's total income increased 11% to ₹31,140 crore, while net profit rose 29% to ₹2,355 crore. Following the announcement, MRF shares traded nearly 1% higher at ₹1,31,450 on the National Stock Exchange.
