Trilegal has appointed Sandeep Ghosh as its first chief executive officer (CEO), marking a pivotal leadership transition for the firm. This appointment is part of Trilegal's strategy to enhance its operational capabilities and institutional growth as it prepares for its next phase. Ghosh, who has over 30 years of experience in banking, financial services, and advisory sectors, previously served as the group country manager for India and South Asia at Visa. His extensive background includes senior leadership roles at EY, AXA, ANZ, and Citi. In a joint statement, Trilegal's management committee members, Nishant Parikh and Sridhar Gorthi, emphasized that Ghosh's leadership will help advance the firm's strategic priorities while allowing existing leadership to focus on client relationships and market positioning. Ghosh noted that the legal services sector is rapidly evolving due to technological advancements and shifting client expectations, and he is eager to work with Trilegal's leadership to navigate these changes effectively.
