The Karmayogi Awaas Yojana, launched in December 2025, aims to provide affordable housing for government personnel, having previously offered over 1,100 flats in the same area. A DDA official noted that this addition was in response to high demand from eligible applicants, emphasizing the scheme's commitment to transparency and ease of booking. Interested individuals can secure their units through the DDA's online portal, with allotment letters issued promptly after payment. Narela is emerging as a significant residential area due to its developing infrastructure and land availability, with future expansions of the scheme contingent on demand and inventory levels.
