The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) announced the results for the Class 12 examinations on May 12, 2026, with 242,856 candidates appearing for the exams. The overall pass percentage stands at 84.67%, a decline from last year's 85.66%. Girls excelled with a pass percentage of 87.97%, outperforming boys, who had a pass rate of 81.45%. Among the streams, the Science stream recorded the highest pass percentage at 90.08%, followed by Commerce at 88.20% and Arts at 82.60%. The performance gap between rural and urban students was minimal, with rural students achieving 84.98% and urban students 83.91%. The top scorer, Deepika from Vivekanand Vidya Mandir Sr Sec School in Chillar, Rewari, obtained 499 out of 500 marks. Udita from Vishvavara Kanya Gurukul in Rurki, Rohtak, followed with 498 marks, while Yogita and Muskan from Jind both secured 497 marks. The Haryana Board has opened a re-evaluation window for 20 days for students wishing to contest their results.
