Quess Corp, a leading staffing solutions provider based in Bengaluru, saw its shares rise by 12.4% on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), reaching an intra-day high of ₹237.9 per share. The company reported a net profit of ₹64.13 crore for the March quarter (Q4FY26), a significant turnaround from a net loss of ₹95.49 crore during the same period last year. Revenue also increased to ₹3,892.45 crore, up 6.4% from ₹3,656.4 crore a year ago. The company’s Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) rose to ₹86 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 2.2%. Lohit Bhatia, CEO of Quess Corp, highlighted the addition of approximately 26,000 employees to their staffing solutions business despite facing regulatory challenges. The company also announced a special interim dividend of ₹3 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. Looking forward, Quess Corp plans to strengthen its domestic operations and explore new international markets, aiming to improve its operating EBITDA margins and drive revenue growth.
